Return Policy: We only accept returns on unopened items.
Buyer pays return shipping. Please contact us in advance for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Your initial payment must clear.
Refund will be issued by the original method of payment; original shipping and handling (S&H) charges will be deducted from the final refund.
When returning items from a 'Free Shipping' order, $5.95 will be deducted from the total refund for orders valued less than $49.
When an order is returned as undeliverable or refused, we will process the return within 7 business days after received.
Refunds will only be issued for items returned. No exchanges or store credits will be issued.
Please note: a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns (due to handling and shelf dates).
